About Michelle

Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. With 11 years of experience, I'm deeply passionate about helping adults maintain their independence and well-being. My background includes a college degree, and I am a certified Nurse Assistant CPR and First Aid certified. I strive to connect with care recipients by understanding their personal history and preferences. I am patient, compassionate, and approachable. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide person centered care and extensive training and experience with dementia in an adult day care setting. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I offer transportation, help with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation and appropriate exercise. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
