Babysitter Reference Letter To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to provide a reference for Michelle who worked for me as a Nanny for my girls( B and B), today there are ages 12 and 9. Me and my husband worked full time and Michelly would be the second mom to my children. She has been part of my family for the past 6 years. Throughout her time with our family, Michelly was an incredibly reliable presence. She is very responsible for safely driving the girls to and from school, as well as to their various extracurricular activities. She consistently demonstrated excellent time management and responsibility, ensuring the girls were always where they needed to be, on time and well-prepared. Michelly used to help us with light cooking, kids laundry, contributing to a smooth-running household. She also cared for the family pets ( Lola and Simba)taking them on regular walks and making sure they felt loved. Her gentle, kind-hearted nature created a warm environment where both the children and the pets ere always happy. Truly, Michelly became more than our kids Nanny, she became part of the family. She always took the time to listen, to help with schoolwork, and to support the girls’ interests and emotional well-being. Her nurturing approach helped create a sense of security and stability that meant the world to our family. I have stoped working for that reason we needed to let her go. Any family would be lucky to have her.
