ME and my wife have had Michelle watching our 6 and 3 year old for a couple years now. She is a amazing woman with so many good quality's. Not only does she keep our kids out of harms way when watching them, she structures learning/ teaching into her day along with any request we asked. She has helped our children with manners , and helpful life lessons. Michelle helps with our two dogs, along with some light duty household tasks. Helps with meal prep when she can and is a great cook. I cant say enough about her. Very fair and caring. So thankful for her in our lives! I have no negative comments that come to mind. She is a rare gem in the nanny market.
