I was licenced as a CNA in 2002 and worked in a nursing home setting for 2 years. Over the last 10+ years, I have worked for several clients in their homes doing cleaning, cooking, shopping, bathing and\or dressing as well as provided transportation for my clients whom were in wheelchairs. I enjoy being able to spend that time making their lives a little more light and maybe a little more enjoyable. All my past clients have made such an impact on me with their stories, and knowledge and I have been privileged enough to be there in their last few years on this earth and really feel as if I am suppose to take care of people. I have always been a hugger and told by a few if my client's families that their relative laughed more when I was there. This has always made me feel like this really is my calling! I would love to help with your mom\dad or grandmother\grandfather. I would treat them as if they were my family: with the utmost dignity and respect ALWAYS!! :)
