About Michelle

Michelle is beyond amazing in every way. We were enormously blessed to have her as our nanny for a little over a year, during which time she watched our daughter grow from 6 months to 18 months and did so with such incredible care. Michelle is patient, kind, understanding, diligent, communicative, timely, observant, fun, and so much more. She notices the little things (like which dishes we used most often and helped to make sure they were cleaned first) and would often give generously from her own home (like bringing little toys and activities she thought our daughter would like). She is deeply knowledgeable in both childhood development and nutrition and would gladly share her ideas and insights whenever we asked. She often gave us assurance and encouragement as first-time parents that we were doing a good job and that much of what we or our daughter experienced was normal. She is always eager to learn new things and went above and beyond for us to learn and practice elimination communication (early potty teaching) with our daughter, even reading a book I provided in her first week. She always brought a calm, centering energy to our home, and we’re thankful for all the time we had with her. We are so glad she chose us, and we would absolutely recommend her to any family!
