About Michelle

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion. I hold a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development. I have substitute teaching license for Colorado, and I'm currently working on a substitute license for Kansas. I have been a Nanny, a severe needs paraprofessional in an elementary school, and I homeschooled my own children. I have also served in children's ministry in various churches. Helping children learn, explore, and discover the world around them is one of my greatest joys. My approach is nurturing, kind and patient. I am very comfortable enforcing each familys rules. I will also understand and respect each parents parenting style. I love engaging in educational games, and I prioritize your child's needs. I adapt to your preferred communication style to provide regular updates on your child's day. I look forward to the possibility of becoming a supportive, trusted partner in your family's daily life.
