About Michelle

Michelle has watched our dog Chica several times, including shorter stays as well as a two week period where she stayed in our home to house sit. We’re so grateful for her! Chica is a rescue and definitely has her quirks, so she requires a little more patience and attention than many dogs. She can be shy with new people and needs some time to warm up, but Michelle was incredibly patient and understanding with her from the start. Chica has some food and toy aggression and is also very afraid of loud noises like thunder and fireworks. Michelle took in all of this information like a champ and always had a positive, easygoing attitude about Chica’s extra needs. During Michelle’s two week house sitting stay, Chica got especially scared by the fireworks on July 4th and had an accident in the house. Michelle handled it completely in stride, cleaned everything up, and made sure Chica was okay. That kind of care and flexibility gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. It can be difficult for my husband and me to find dog care we truly trust because of all of Chica’s quirks, so we’re very thankful to have had Michelle’s help. She is dependable, responsible, thorough, and genuinely patient with Chica. We would absolutely recommend her. Thanks so much, Michelle!
