About Michelle

I chose to become a home health aide after spending more than eight years as the primary caregiver for my mother, helping her through dementia, Parkinson's disease, and multiple major surgeries. That experience showed me the importance of compassionate, patient, and respectful care. I also witnessed caregivers who treated people poorly or like children, simply going through the motions for a paycheck. I knew I wanted to make a difference. I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect. My goal is to help clients overcome everyday challenges, support their independence, and make each day a little brighter. I am CPR certified, clean driving record able to transport to doctor's appointments, flexible with scheduling, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those I serve.
