My name is Michelle, and I'm an experienced elementary educator with 9 years of classroom teaching experience and a Master's degree in Education, along with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development. Throughout my career, I've worked with students with a wide range of learning, behavioral, and emotional needs and truly value creating environments where children feel safe, supported, and understood. I'm patient, calm, and attentive, and I believe every child deserves care that honors their individual strengths and personality. My background in education has given me experience supporting routines, communication, emotional regulation, academic support, and social-emotional growth in a gentle and encouraging way. I genuinely love building meaningful connections with children and supporting families however I can.
