About Michelle

Hello, my name is Michelle! I'd describe my personality as reliable, kind, and hardworking. I like working with kids because I have a big family and I thrive in the chaos that kids bring. I love to fuel creativity and I enjoy the challenges that come with helping kids reach their full potential. I started working with kids when I was 12 and started babysitting. I baby sat kids from ages 6-10 for around 4-5 years. I went on to become a lifeguard and swim teacher for kids ages 3-12. My most recent experience entails being a nanny for a family of three kids. I nannied for them for one year before they moved out of town and since have flown across state to babysit while parents go on vacation. I also occasionally babysit them when they have come back into town to visit family. The ages of the kids when I started were 4, 3 and 2. My skills include CPR certification, diversity in age care, and my associates in psychology which allowed me to take multiple parenting and child care classes.
