Miss Michelle has been such an asset to our family. I met her during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic last year shortly after the birth of my daughter and she has been with us for about 6 months now. I was looking for a nanny to care for my newborn and my 2 year old while I returned to full time work, but little did we know we got so much more than a "basic " nanny. Miss Michelle has a preschool teacher background and has been able to combine nurturing caregiving with a comprehensive learning environment for both of the kids. She executes ACTUAL lesson plans ,goals, benchmarks, progress reports, and objectives. Even though we chose not to put the kids in school at the time, they never skipped a beat, and are actually ahead of the learning curve. Miss Michelle gives positive rewards and incentives and loves to find creative ways to allow the kids to explore and just plain have FUN! I cannot say enough to vouch for her but to sum it up : She Is Awesome!
