As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I offer respite care, hospice services, home health, personal care, dementia care, and medical management. My experience includes adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I understand the importance of creating a comfortable environment and always follow the family's preferred communication method, providing regular verbal or text updates.
