We hired Michelle to give additional care at the rehab facility she was transferred to after a fractured hip. We were able to interview her in person and discuss what our needs were, but all live out of state so we really needed her to keep an eye on things ! Michelle did not disappoint!! She sent a texted report everyday with her time in and out, what my mother was doing, how she ate,how her pain was,if she was oriented or confused, and any other questions we needed answers to. She was dependable, trustworthy,flexible,kind,and I would definitely not hesitate to hire her ! You will not be disappointed.
