I have watched other peoples children on and off for years. I have 7 kids of my own from 4-17. 3 of my kids are adopted and have special needs, so I've had a great deal of experience in caring for them. My husband just retired, so I have Ft Sill access. I can help if a sitter is needed for a date night. I know how difficult it can be to spend time with your partner, but you worry about either not finding help or finding someone you can trust with your children. I can also help if there is a Dr appointment, and you don't want to bring all the kids or even if it's one for yourself. That way you can focus on yourself. I can help if there is a salon appointment or time you may need for self-care. Self-care is important for any parent!
