Hi! I'm Michelle - a reliable and caring babysitter with a background in psychology, child development, and behavioral support. I hold a bachelor's in Psychology and recently earned my master's in Clinical Psychology. I've completed clinical training and currently work as a therapist. I have extensive experience working with children, including those with autism and developmental delays. As a former behavioral therapist, I implemented behavior plans, supported emotional regulation, and partnered with families to meet each child's needs. Now, as a therapist, I conduct assessments, provide therapy, and coordinate care with families and providers.
