About Michelle

I'd describe my personality as headstrong, kind-hearted, and open-minded! I like working with kids because they're so curious and full of wonder; I love working with kids and seeing what they're interested in! I'm looking for a job that is flexible and rewarding. There is nothing better than being able to look back and see the impact you've created by working that job. I started working with kids 3 years ago with babysitting gigs for children 4-6 years old. I work in ABA and take care of kids and teens with autism to teach functional and social skills. In my spare time, I like to do arts and crafts, cook/bake, and go on walks. I have background in psychology and ABA! I've taken both child psych and developmental psychology as well, and it's been a passion of mine to work with kids and families in hope to eventually become a family therapist. My skills include communication skills, safety awareness and basic first aid, and problem solving.
