About Michelle

I want families to know that I bring a lot of heart, patience, and hands on experience to every job I do. I've worked closely with children of all ages, including those with medical needs and developmental disabilities, so I'm confident in handling everything from daily routines to more specialized care like G-tube feeding or seizure response. I currently work as a youth advocate at YAP, helping young people build confidence, stay on track, and feel supported through tough times. I'm also studying social work, so I truly care about making a positive impact. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and nurturing space where your child feels comfortable, encouraged, and valued every day.
