Michelle has been working with our family for the past 4 1/2 years, taking care of our now 7.5 and 4 year old girls. Michelle is extremely dependable and always on time. She made me feel comfortable that my kids were in good, capable hands from day one. She always keeps the kids busy, going on "adventures" to the park, or crafting together on a rainy day. She's great with setting/keeping them on a good schedule, and was instrumental to potty training success!! We all love Michelle, and we're going to miss her terribly. If I wasn't leaving my job to stay home, we'd want Michelle here forever. I can't recommend her enough.
