In that time, he became so much more than a caregiver: he became an essential part of our day-to-day lives and a deeply trusted figure in our daughter’s early development. From the beginning, Michel-Jean brought a balance of structure and playfulness. His calm, ordered presence gave our home a steady rhythm, while his warmth, creativity, and joy made each day special for our daughter. He played a significant role in her learning, not only supporting her early education through thoughtful activities and consistent routines, but also modeling emotional intelligence, kindness, and respect in every interaction. Her social and emotional growth flourished in his care. Our daughter absolutely adored him. Their bond was genuine, filled with laughter, learning, trust, and silliness. We felt lucky to have someone in our home who not only understood the responsibilities of childcare but embraced the emotional and developmental importance of the role. In addition to his caregiving, Michel-Jean was always willing to help with cooking, laundry, cleaning, and occasional household fixes. He did all of this with thoughtfulness and without ever needing to be asked twice. He anticipated needs and stepped in with confidence and capability. It's difficult to put into words how much he has meant to us. Michel-Jean brought a sense of security and peace of mind to our household. He was reliable, deeply knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and brought a genuine sense of care to everything he did. We give Michel-Jean our highest possible recommendation. Any family would be fortunate to have him. While we are saddened (especially our daughter) to see him go, we are so grateful for the years we had together and excited for what lies ahead for him.
