As a Certified Home Health Aide with five years of experience, I provide live-in care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular calls, always following their preferred method. Building trust and understanding preferences are important to me.
