My name is Michele, and I'm a caring, patient, and dependable person who enjoys working with children. I believe children need to feel safe, heard, respected, and encouraged. I'm attentive to routines, playtime, reading, simple learning activities, snacks/meals, and helping children feel comfortable while their parents are away. I have experience being around children of different ages and understand that every child has their own personality and needs. I'm calm, responsible, nurturing, and focused on creating a positive environment where children feel supported. My goal is to provide families with reliable, trustworthy care and to give parents peace of mind knowing their child is in kind and capable hands.
