Unfortunately Michele did not show up to our appointment despite confirming the day before. I understand there can be issues with traffic etc but there was no communication until over an hour after the start time, even though I had reached out to see where she was, and she said she couldn't come at all (even though I was still ok with her coming late). Before this she was communicative and nice. I have no issues with her quality of service as unfortunately I did not get to see this since she was a no show.
