I'm originally from Brazil. I'm warm and loving but also big on discipline. It's a balance than in my opinion is needed to help children understand boundaries and responsibility but also feeling they are loved no matter what. I have been working with kids since 2008. I had my first experience with special needs in 2011 and never stopped working them. I worked with ODD, anxiety, microcephaly, autism and behavioral issues. I'm looking for a full time position. It's a blessing to find your passion and honestly kids with special needs ( severe or mild cases) are mine.
