About Michele

I'd describe my personality as trustworthy, kind and patient. I'd like to work with kids because children are innately active, imaginative and creative and days are full with watching them grow. What a rewarding job! I'm looking for a job that allows me to build relationships with the family and child and make a difference in their lives. I haven't been paid to care for kids, but as a mother of two wonderful boys who are thriving young adults I bring not only firsthand parenting experience but also the emotional intelligence, patience and attentiveness essential in a caregiver role. One thing you should know about me is I'm a mature person who brings motherly instincts to every child I will care for with a sense of responsibility and trustworthiness. My skills include good communication skills, being an active listener which is important for understanding a children's needs and building trust and I also enjoy building relationships. I have CPR and First Aid certifications.
