We hired Michele as both a nanny and a babysitter for our two young kids (and a dog). Michele is very responsible and brings her skills and experience as a parent having raised three of her own children. She is a very clear communicator and has a safety-forward approach to child care. She brings tons of experience with her and is receptive and willing to follow our family routines. Being a parent herself she is also extremely understanding of the tumultuous scheduling issues that we've had. She exhibited extreme flexibility and understanding as our childcare needs have shifted.
