I have experience as a nanny (23+ years) as well as experience as an Early Childhood Education Teacher. In addition I have worked as a Family Advocate for an Early Head Start program in which I regularly completed developmental screenings and provided lesson plans and goals to assist parents with providing an emergent curriculum in their home for their own children. I have cared for children from birth to teenagers, but primarily children under the age of seven. I have experience with multiples as well as children with special needs. I have worked in the field of child development for approximately 26 years in various facets in the field. I have served families with demanding careers and helped their households run smoothly. I have a detailed professional resume and excellent references and am available starting September 2025.

Michele is being so great to my daughter and family! I met her August 2023, I had just moved from Brazil to USA and I was looking for someone to take care of M. (my first and only daughter) as I was about to return from maternity leave. It was a very challenging moment to me, being in a new country, 5 months old baby and returning to work. Michele was a blessing to us, she took great care of M., teaching her good manners, developing her (from crawling to walking and new words), introducing solids, helped also to create her day routine so she improved her night sleep. She is also being a great support to me on this new country. She is really open for transparent conversations and redirection if needed. I can’t thank more God for putting her in our way. We will need to finalize our contract now in August 2024 given that I took the decision that is time for M. to start school but I won’t think twice if I need to call her back! For sure this partnership and friendship will continue for many many years.
