Michele has been caring for my father as I live an hour away from him. She excels at communication, consistency, and most importantly compassion! Michele really connects with and cares for the people who depend on her for so many different levels of support. She does the things I simply cannot stomach when it comes to elder care and she does it without flinching. Really the best care giver we could have asked for ❤️
