I have worked in Healthcare for 28 years. My first 16 years I worked as a CNA then I moved into social services and admissions for the remaining 12 years. Even though I chose not to renew my certification for nurses assistant, I have provided hands on care such as transfers and assisting with toileting as needed. I work well with all types of people and personalities. Personalized care is priority as I know that is what I will want for myself someday. I am a go with the flow kind of person, and will show your loved one the upmost respect. I had to quit my admissions job in 2020 to take care of my grandmother and am now living next door to my dad and do his shopping, cleaning and provide transportation to appointments. I have backup help for him so I am able to work with other people. I have been an advocate for every person I have worked with and once you get to know me, you will feel at ease and trust in the fact that I am a person with morals and integrity.

What a refreshing experience to meet Michele. She and I clicked immediately and never seemed to have an awkward moment. Hired Michele for my transport needs to and from hip replacement and subsequent Dr appts. Always on time. She was always most willing to perform small ad hoc tasks; bringing in the mail - packages - picking up meds from the pharmacy. I don't look forward to my next hip replacement but do look forward to seeing Michele again!
