Hi, I have 35+ yrs as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I worked 25 years in Nursing Homes, specializing in Alzheimer's and Dementia care. I have a Certificate in RA (restorative Aide) assisting with Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. I worked 15yrs in Hospice care. I have taken many classes learning about pain management and the grieving process. Each experience has given me lessons that no books or school can teach me, my experience reach far and wide. For the client my goal is to meet them where they are emotionally, physically and spiritually. For the family my goal is to give them respite for some self care. Michele is simply amazing. My family hired Michele (whom goes by 'Charlie') to help take care of my mom after a terminal cancer diagnosis. She aided my dad in caring for my dying mom and we were so lucky to have found her. She brought an extensive amount of experience in end-of-life care and often provided insights on what could be helpful and what to expect next. Most importantly she brought a calmness that helped my mom pass away comfortably. She was always punctual, got to know my mom and earn her trust, and was professional. Honestly, you should be so lucky to include Charlie in your loved one's journey.
