About Michele

Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for each day. With three years of experience providing care, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults. I provide respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and animal care. Previously, I was employed with the SCUSD. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and a calm demeanor. Understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history is important to me. I follow your preferred communication methods. In addition to taking care of the home, providing care for the person, I currently work part time, caring for a woman with two dogs, four cats, and her outside feral cat colony. And yes, I'm very comfortable in walking both her 115 pound German Shepherd and the 15 pound Pom!
