I have worked in special education units specifically for autism, behavior supprot, and ADHD for the past 5 years. I am also a mom of 3. My oldest is 20 and is autistic. My younger 2 both have ADHD, unspecified anxiety, one has Oppisitional defiant disorder, and the other has disruptive mood disregulation disorder. So I have a lot of experience. I am very patient and kind. My passion for working with special needs kids comes from having my own and seeing what a difference it made having teachers, and others who truly believe in them! I don't see them as disabilities, but rather as different abilities. I takes a village, and I would love to be part of yours!
