With over 40 years dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults, I'm deeply committed to supporting their well-being and independence. My background as a retired physical therapist, coupled with a graduate degree, allows me to provide informed and compassionate care. In addition, my mother had dementia and lived with me so I understand needs of older adults. I communicate with families through written reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I offer services such as transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am also CPR certified. Ultimately, I find fulfillment in making a positive impact, and I look forward to the opportunity to bring comfort and support to your family.
