I was a nanny for many years & am still available for that position. The past 2 years I have also cared for seniors. I enjoy being of assistance to families with children & seniors in their later years & have made some wonderful friends & memories. With everyone I've cared for I have become family to them. Michele helped us in a bind (we were travelling without care). Made our daughter feel comfortable from the get go, and was highly responsive when we communicated before and during the visit. Would love to hire her again when we’re back in Omaha

Michelle did a lot overnight for me for my 2 children. Everything went very well and my son enjoyed her company. 

Michele worked with our family for several months and was a reliable and consistent presence during that time. She was always on time and dependable with her schedule, which we appreciated. She fulfilled her role as agreed and was available as needed. As our family’s needs evolved, we decided to move in a different direction. We appreciate the time she spent with our family and wish her all the best in her future opportunities.

Michelle has been working for us for a few months now and has been a great addition to our family! We are grateful for her consistent availability and her communication with us. She is great with our child and is respectful of our home. Would definitely recommend her to everyone! 

Michele describes herself as a well tenured nanny with many years of experience but is unable to provide references outside of the reviews on this website. I took the risk and met with her and she seemed wonderful! She was willing to meet whatever needs of our family as asked and within the hours we needed. When Michele started with us she was explicitly asked (written and verbal) to utilize certain appliances over others for meal prep for our children, with an explicit explanation of why, which she agreed with was reasonable and she would comply with. Within days she was blatantly disrespecting our wishes which elicited a conversation on stopping this and transitioning to the other preferences as outlined. Both my husband and I showed her how to utilize requested methods and she ultimately refused despite teaching, advising we could help her via phone or in person (my husband works from home) and even have her the quick start guide as a reference. She had no willingness to learn and engage. We let this go and proceeded with Michele despite these challenges. There were many more instances Michele would say “I didn’t do -xyz- because I couldn’t find -xyz”. She never made any attempt to ask for said items nor any attempt to look for said items as was very evident in many situations. At one point we had parted ways with Michele for poor communication and a disrespectful response when it was brought to her attention (“ I was trying to be helpful, it won’t happen again” followed by no further attempts to do anything outside of the bare minimum of her job). We discussed upon bringing her back the need for better communication skills which she agreed to. Michele missed preschool classes she was fully aware of that my child was involved in and used “technology” as an excuse the first time and the next was that she “assumed” they were no longer an actionable agenda item- never having asked or clarifying until it was fully missed and advised by our child that she did not attend her class. Michele showed unprofessionalism in her responses each attempt to ameliorate a problem and gave nothing but attitude, creating a hostile environment. If I had to guess, after now dealing with her as a hired full time employee, the other individuals were single or short term job roles which she likely is wonderful in. My kids overall did enjoy her presence but her lack of communication, utter disrespect, and blatantly breaking our home rules was too much for us. 

Michele was very prompt and great with my three kids. As a newly single mom I was nervous to leave my children with a babysitter but Michele made the process and breeze and is very reliable!

Michele is very reliable and very flexible.  The kitchen was always cleaned up when I got home.  She made dinner (we did Hello Fresh) and laundry as well.  She is a reliable driver as well with a safe car and that was important as my children needed transportation.  Her flexibility was also great.  
I think she would be great with seniors as well.  She also didn't mind doing extra things like cleaning up the entry way or picking up groceries.  
She was never late and always very respectful as well.

Very reliable caregiver.  On time always, and does everything you ask of her….She was with us for 1/2 a year or more, and only missed once due to an appointment.  You won’t regret hiring her.

I set up a meeting/interview with her and she did not show up.  When I called her to ask if she was still coming, she said, "no, thanks" and hung up on me.  I took off work for this meeting so this was very disappointing.

Michele has been working for me for a few months now and it's actually mind boggling how much she has improved my life! I always come home to happy, fed kids that are ready for bed. All the clean up from the day is always done when I get home and she always puts in extra effort the day before my days off so I can actually spend my off days with my kids instead of cleaning from the week. Michele has some off time while my kids are visiting their father for the summer and if you need any help at all she is absolutely extraordinary.
