About Michele

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the families I support. With 10 years of experience, I provide reliable, high-quality care for up to four children, ranging from infants to pre-teens. My background includes a graduate degree with specialized coursework in Early Childhood Education and Early Child Development. I maintain current CPR Training and First Aid Training. I am a patient, creative, and approachable caregiver who loves engaging children through outdoor sports, puzzles, and educational games. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I prioritize clear communication by following your preferred method for daily updates. I am comfortable enforcing your household rules and am happy to welcome your pets into our routine. I look forward to the opportunity to bring warmth, structure, and joy to your family.
