Hello! My name is Michela! Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the families I support. With 10 years of experience caring for children, I provide a reliable, calm, and patient presence. I also worked at a school for individuals with special needsfor 5 years, and I also have an Older sister with Down Syndrome, and have helped my parents care for her over the years. My creative approach keeps children engaged through outdoor sports, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I hold a college degree and am currently in school for Social Work. I am CPR and First Aid Certified. I am happy to follow your lead on household rules and will communicate through your preferred method, whether that is written daily reports or quick updates.
