About Michaila

I have had many caregiving roles since I was 12 years old. From full time nany, overnight nany, to occasional babysitting for date night- all the opportunities were very rewarding. My approach to care is rooted in patience, ensuring every child feels supported and engaged. I hold a graduate degree, and many leadership postions in both work and sports demonstrating my organization, dedication, and responsibility level. I am comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging from toddlers to teenagers. Whether we are playing outdoor sports, solving puzzles, or crafting, I love fostering a fun environment. I am happy to assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping to support your family's routine. I provide regular updates via your preferred communication method and am very comfortable upholding your household rules. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my dedication and warmth into your home to help your family thrive.
