About Michaelyn

It's a privilege to help adults and seniors maintain their well-being and independence. My 18 years of LPN IV certification nursing experience and nine years in management care roles have solidified my passion for this work. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, as an LPN/ IV certified. I offer transportation, run errands, provide light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me. I am detail-oriented, calm, and compassionate. I also speak Dutch and Spanish. I hope to bring my skills and experience to your family.
