About Michael

I currently am a fourth grade teacher with 20 years of teaching experience. I have taught elementary, special education, ESL, and middle school level subjects. I'm certified in PA. Learning is a journey, and I'm passionate about guiding students toward their academic goals. With a graduate degree and three years of experience, I tutor Math, English, Science, History, Special Education, and Study Skills for elementary, middle, and high school students. I adapt my teaching to each student's unique learning style using visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions. I break down complex problems, celebrate successes, and foster a love for learning. Communication is key, and I provide regular updates to parents. The most rewarding part of tutoring is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and growing confidence. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and can tutor at your home, the teacher's home, online, or at the library. I'd love to connect and help your student
