About Michael

I'd describe my personality as responsible, empathetic, and a bit shy. I like working with animals because they're easier to understand for me than people sometimes. They're loyal and intelligent creatures that deserve our love and attention. I'm looking for a job that can give me some more experience working with pets and children, while providing me with a safe environment to work as a neurodivergent person. I've always owned pets; I have my own cat, Joy, who I love very dearly. I started paid work in the vet field however with a temporary internship my senior year of high school. The job taught me that pets require hard work, patience, and dirty hands. In my spare time, I like to bake, play video games, take care of my plants, hug my cat and engage in arts and crafts. One thing you should know about me is I can be shy and need some time warming up to people, but I'm excellent at following directions, and get along well with pets and kids.
