I had the pleasure of supervising Michaelle for the past six months in a Head Start program. She had 12 children that she visited weekly in their homes. She is easy to talk to. She is warm, open and genuine. She took parent concerns seriously and engaged in a professional manner with everyone. Her lesson plans were very clear and diverse and centered on learning through play. She made our families and children feel special every day. She was always child centered and asked each family how their child was doing at home, what he/she was working on and implemented these recommendations during her interactions. She has a love for children and a knack for working with them. Without hesitation, I would recommend Michaelle as a caregiver.
