About Michael

2007 to 2012: I took care of my mother-in-law who lived with us in her old ages; she had dementia and several health complications. 2018 to 2020: I watched a lovely husband and wife. He was in his mid 90's, and she was in her late 80's with dementia. I would dress them, take care of their medications, and prepare three meals a day. They received regular showers and dental hygiene care. We also went for car rides and went to the park. Upon request, I would help with house cleaning and laundry. 2020 to 2021: I provided care to an elderly individual who is 93. I helped with daily needs such as giving medications on-schedule, bathing and dressing, oral hygiene, shaving, meal preparation, and general house keeping duties. Due to my clients Parkinson's disease, I have learned several skills to assist with mobility and transportation to appointments. I'm a great companion to individuals under my care, and we spend a lot of time playing simple games to keep the mind and body active.
