I contacted Michael late on Wednesday night in need of someone to board my little doggie who had unexpectedly joined us on our first vacation to New York (Due to complications from an earlier doggie surgery). We were in a real bind and Michael really went above and beyond in caring for our small dog and making us feel at ease while on vacation. He sent timely updates with photos and videos but more importantly really seemed to care about our dog and knew the inns and outs of caring for an unfamiliar pet, especially in a busy city setting. After three days and two nights with Michael we picked up our doggie and it was clear she had enjoyed herself and was well taken care of. The boarding rate were very reasonable, especially considering the last minute booking. Thanks again!!
