About Michaela

Hello, my name is Michaela, and I am an experienced childcare worker. I have had the great opportunity of working in a variety of fields with children. This includes experience working with special needs children as a Registered Behavioral Technician, a daycare provider , as well working with a family for the last 1. 5 years as a personal nanny. I am great with kids not only due to the experience I have had, but realizing that it's necessary for children to be in a environment that is caring and supportive, and that it is important to respect children and the families they come from. I am willing to learn the many ways in which children and their parents need support, as I understand this is different depending on the family unit.
