About Michaela

I have over 6 years of tutoring experience, I have worked with students from elementary through college levels, specializing in subjects like algebra 1, science, psychology, and statistics. For elementary through 6th grade, I am comfortable tutoring all subjects. For middle school through college, my focus areas include statistics, algebra, trigonometry, biology, chemistry, physics, anatomy and physiology, psychology, microbiology, neuroscience, and more. I have extensive experience working with students with learning differences such as ADHD, dyslexia, and autism, and I tailor my lesson plans to meet their unique needs. I've learned how to create engaging, supportive environments where students feel confident to ask questions and tackle challenging material. I pride myself on helping students overcome academic struggles and watching them transform into confident learners.
