I have experience working in a private school as a substitute and with after-school care. I love balancing fun and structure, whether that's building forts, exploring a park, reading books together, helping with homework and tutoring, or supporting a child's unique interests! I have a background in music as a classically trained musician. I am able to support your children in any musical practice they have or just exploring and engaging with music! I have multiple years of house management/ family assistant experience as well, which can be discussed for a separate or additional hourly rate! Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled shift will be charged 50% of the scheduled booking amount.

I was able to meet Michaela over zoom ahead of time. She was extremely gracious as I was extremely late to our zoom meeting, but she was super sweet and patient with me and was willing to meet with us anyway! She was open and warm with myself and the kids. The day of the our booking she reached out to confirm via text message and then arrived on time! The kids were super excited to hang out with her and she was very willing to jump in and hang out with them right away. She was enthusiastic and very sweet with both of my children, engaging and playing with both of them at their level. The kids absolutely loved her and the next day said they loved having her over.. Both begged to have her over again right away! I will definitely book Michaela again!
