Fantastic at communication. I've hired Michaela for regular visits to keep the house tidy and to walk our puppy. She reliably shows up and if a schedule change is needed, she texts me in advance. She is detail-orientated and takes initiative when it comes to cleaning. I used to walk around my house and have a to-do list pile up as I noticed cleaning tasks that needed to get done, but since we have hired Michaela, I've noticed that internal monologue has seriously reduced. Highly Recommend :)
