About Michaela

Hi families, my name is Michaela and I'm a 20-year-old college student majoring in Psychology. My major has influenced me to work in childcare and I have enjoyed working with children in elementary to middle school the most. I'm looking for a full time position for the summer, or part time depending on the circumstances. My rate starts at $19/hour for one child. I have worked as a counselor for summer camps, babysat my two nephews during personal time, and recently as an assistant group supervisor for ECS Philly. I have completed courses for child development including First AID/CPR/AED, DHS Fire Safety, and multiple PA background clearances. My primary goal is to provide your child(ren) with an environment based on routines, creativity, and safety. My favorite activities to do with children are dance parties, story-telling, cooking, sport-play, movie/game nights, and projects like homemade films and paintings! In my personal time I love to write, listen to music, and picnic.
