About Michaela

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, compassionate, and enthusiastic I like caring for seniors because it reminds me of my papa when I was younger. They were kind and loving toward him, and I want to do my best to apply these traits when I take care of other people. I'm looking for a job that helps me grow as a person, in my hands-on skills, and in the field of my career. I started caring for seniors during the CNA program at RCC. I cared for many residents who had different needs for their care. In my spare time, I like to journal. I reflect about my day and to do better for myself and for others with me. I also fill my evenings with volleyball because I learn about my team and their skills. I love spending time with family. One thing you should know about me is I can be conservative and a little quiet at first, but in time you'll probably see a less quiet and more talkative side of me. My skills include communication, teamwork, practical care skills, and organization.
