About Michaela

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I have dedicated the last six years to making a positive impact on the lives of children. My patient and calm demeanor allows me to connect easily with kids ranging from toddlers to teenagers. I am currently employed in a high school special education classroom and working towards a degree to become an intervention specialist. I love engaging children through outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I am also happy to assist with carpooling and creative crafts. I prioritize clear communication by following your preferred method to discuss your child's day. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and always follow your lead when enforcing household rules. I look forward to bringing my experience into your home to help your family thrive.
