For nearly three years beginning in August 2021 through May 2024, Michaela provided full-time care for our daughter and continues to be our go-to babysitter whenever we need her. From the start, she has been an incredible caregiver—nurturing and fun while also fostering independence and keeping her on track. She has a natural ability to engage with kids at their level, understanding their unique needs and adjusting her approach accordingly. Michaela brings great ideas to the table and fully supports age-appropriate learning through play, making every day both enjoyable and enriching. Her balance of warmth and structure creates the perfect environment for growth, exploration, and fun.
